Use of our apps

Our apps are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our apps or included content, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

Intellectual property

All content in our apps, including but not limited to themes, icons, wallpapers, illustrations, sounds, text, and software, is the property of Lucid Hour LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

Purchases and subscriptions

Certain features of our apps may require a purchase. All transactions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We do not offer refunds directly. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.

Availability

We strive to keep our apps available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any app at any time without prior notice.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our apps will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucid Hour LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our apps.
